Florida has 29 electoral votes. The National Popular Vote bill (SB 440) was introduced on January 2011 by State Senator Anthony C. “Tony” Hill, Sr.  The bill needs support in order to pass the State Senate and the State House and be signed into law by Governor Rick Scott (R).   There seems to be renewed interest in Florida in getting this Bill passed in 2017.

Florida.
